10-day retreat

The conditions that ordinary practice cannot create

Continuity of observation changes something that intermittent practice cannot.

Morning and evening group meditation, a daily talk, and individual meetings with each participant. The individual meetings are where most of the real work happens — where the specific patterns of your mind get looked at directly, not in general.

The group is small by design. Up to ten people. Small enough for each person to receive real attention.

Duration 10 days
Group size Up to 10 participants
Format Group meditation · Daily talk · Individual sessions

No commitment. If a retreat opens and your application looks like a good fit, you will hear from me directly.

If a retreat opens that seems right for you,
I will write.

II  ·  Individual sessions

1-on-1 work

One session.

A single session can locate exactly where observation breaks down — or where it has never actually started.

Ongoing work is different. It requires a certain kind of person — someone who is not only looking for relief, but genuinely curious about how the mind works. Someone willing to invest real time, over real months, in something that does not always feel comfortable.

No open slots

Working with a small number of students at any given time.

Applications are reviewed as space opens.
