What this is

Ten days at altitude.

A private villa, a thirty-minute drive from Dharamsala. Away from the town, away from the pilgrim routes. The conditions are simple — and right for practice.

The structure is continuous: formal sitting and walking meditation from early morning until evening, daily talks, and individual interviews with each participant. The interviews are not optional or supplementary. They are where the practice gets adjusted to what is actually arising for that person.

No ritual. No mysticism. Direct observation of mind and body — with someone who knows what to look for.
